What is a mandala?

The mandala is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Asian cultures. It can be understood in two different ways: externally as a visual representation of the universe, or internally as a guide for various practices found in many Asian traditions, including meditation. In Hinduism and Buddhism, it is believed that by entering the mandala and moving towards its center, you are guided in the cosmic process of transforming the universe from suffering to joy and happiness.

TORUS

The torus energy model, which is used to describe the radiation originating from the essence (spirit) of all living things and the cyclical electromagnetic field it creates, also shows itself in the structure of the psychic energy centers known as 'chakras'.
