SRIYANTRA

It consists of nine interconnected triangles surrounding a central point known as a “bindu”. These triangles represent the cosmos and the human body. The 9 component triangles of the sri yantra vary in size and shape and intersect to form smaller triangles organized in 5 concentric levels. Together, they represent the wholeness of the cosmos and express the state of non-duality. The sri chakra represents the human body as well as the universal energies. The human body is a microcosm. Bodily functions are performed by 43 energy centers. These energies are represented by the 43 triangles in the sri yantra (sri chakra).
